How quickly we reply

General questions: within 2 working days.
Payment or refund queries: acknowledged within 2 working days, resolved within 7.
Grievances: a final written answer within 7 working days.

When writing about a payment, please include your name, the phone number used, the transaction reference, and the date and amount. It lets us find it on the first try.
