Shipping and Delivery Policy

What you receive after paying, how it reaches you, and how long it takes.

Effective from 7 August 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses https://jainismthinker.org.

Everything offered on this website is digital. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier, shipping charge or delivery address is involved in any payment made here.

1. What is delivered, and when

Membership

  • Immediately on successful payment: your account is upgraded and members-only material on the site opens up.
  • Within 2 working days: your digital membership card and a payment acknowledgement are emailed to the address on your account.

Event and shivir registration

  • Immediately: an on-screen confirmation with your registration reference.
  • Within 2 working days: a confirmation email.
  • Before the event: joining details, venue and timing, sent to the phone number or email you registered with.

Voluntary contribution

  • Immediately: an on-screen acknowledgement with a reference number.
  • Within 2 working days: an acknowledgement by email.

This acknowledgement is a record of payment only. It is not a tax receipt, and it cannot be used to claim a deduction — see our Terms and Conditions.

Library and reading material

The granths, bhakti texts and calendar on this site are free to read and download for everyone, with no payment and no account needed. They open in your browser immediately.

2. If something does not arrive

Emails occasionally land in spam or are blocked by a mail provider. If you have not received an acknowledgement within 2 working days:

  1. check your spam or promotions folder;
  2. write to us at contact@jainismthinker.org with your payment reference — we will resend it, to a different address if you prefer.

Access that has not opened up despite a successful payment is a fault at our end. Tell us and we will fix it, or refund you in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. If we ever send something physical

We do not do this today. If we ever offer a printed granth or a physical membership card, the item page will state the delivery timeline, the area we can deliver to, and any charge, before you pay. Those terms would then apply in addition to this page.

4. Service availability

The site is normally available around the clock. It may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because of a fault at our hosting provider. Such an interruption does not affect a payment you have already made — your membership period and event registration stand regardless.
